Commander is a special rank separate from a player’s combat rank.

Almost all gaming clans, guilds and clubs have a set of core members who form the solid base that the group is built around. These members are usually referred to as Cores or Core members who are trusted with club business and management. We call are Cores Commanders they are cleared to know club secrets such as server passwords and are responsible for recording club battle results, setting up and running club servers, training new members, evaluating players for membership and reporting on member progress.
